We offer IPTV subscriptions, with each connection limited to one device. Using more than one device simultaneously may result in the termination of your subscription. Please note that freezing and non-functioning content are common issues with IPTV systems worldwide. Channels and VOD included in any package may be updated, changed, or removed without prior notice. We provide support to our IPTV resellers for panel-related issues. IPTV access details are typically sent to the customer’s registered email address within one business day after successful payment. Customers are responsible for understanding how IPTV works. We perform regular server maintenance, the timing of which may be unpredictable.
Service Termination
You do not need to notify us if you wish to cancel or pause your subscription. Your service will automatically end when your current subscription expires. No fees apply for cancellation or suspension.
Pinibuy IPTV ensures that all TV subscription codes purchased through our website are activated for the agreed duration. If you experience server issues or non-functioning content, please contact us for support. Please note that Pinibuy IPTV does not sell IPTV boxes; customers must purchase their own devices. If you wish to change your package within 7 days of purchase (such as adding more time or connections), please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
